We are looking for a reliable and independent night shift to join our team at Bjørnfjell Mountain Lodge this winter.
As a night guard, you are the lodge’s calm and reassuring presence throughout the night – ensuring peace and order, assisting guests when needed, and preparing the lodge for a new day.
Main responsibilities:
- Be available for guests and handle any inquiries during the night
- Perform basic reception and security routines
- Prepare breakfast and tidy up common areas
- Light cleaning and supervision of shared spaces
- Help ensure that our guests feel safe, comfortable, and well taken care of
Desired qualifications:
- Over 18 years old
- Responsible, service-minded, and trustworthy
- Good English skills – understanding Norwegian is an advantage
- Comfortable working independently and in a calm environment
- Experience from hospitality, reception, or service work is a plus, but not required
