Precioso hotel, en un enclave magnífico. El personal y la comida fantástica. Lo peor, el carril de acceso, todo lleno de baches. Me pareció increíble que un hotel de esa categoría tenga un acceso tan malo

What a place! Perched above a small ski resort, I recommend staying in a cabin rather than a room—you’ll be treated to an unbeatable view. The restaurant is top-notch. The chef works wonders, serving up exceptional, homemade dishes and desserts of the highest quality. The spa is very pleasant. A perfect stay.

Excellent séjour au lodge. Le personnel est adorable, très serviable. Les logements et équipements sont incroyables. La nourriture au restaurant (petit déjeuner et dinner) est juste EXCEPTIONNEL ! Et alors les excursions au départ du lodge sont géniales mais c’est surtout grâce aux guides ! Nous avons fait de la moto neige avec Guntova, génial. Et la pépite revient à John, notre guide pour la pêche sur glace… une belle prise en prime. Une super journée avec cet homme plein d’anecdotes et d’attentions !

This is one of the most magical places on this earth. The mountain lodge itself is perfect and so cozy. They have the best activities to book there as well!! We had so much fun ice fishing, mountain sledding, skiing, and more. Everyone there was so nice and welcoming and the staff really make you feel valued and taken care of. We made so many new friends. The beds were so comfy and the food and drinks were amazing. While everyone was great - I have to give a special shout out to one of the guides we had there, John. He was absolutely outstanding!! We had so much fun with him. He was an absolute professional while still keeping the atmosphere fun and exciting. He also has the cutest, smartest, and most well behaved little helper, Gary, his dog that he got to bring with us occasionally. Gary and John are superstars! He says this place is heaven on earth and he is 100% right. We will definitely be coming back here. When we do, we hope to see all of the friends we made, especially John!

Nous avions réservé le spa puis le dîner au restaurant de cet hôtel, c’était super. Le repas était délicieux et surtout l’équipe est super sympa, on a trouvé ce lieu incroyable!!

Gosh, there is just not enough to say about this place! The people, atmosphere, food, it’s all wonderful. John made our honeymoon feel so special and he was an AMAZING guide all week. Not only was John helpful and kind but he was also very knowledgeable and a true gem to be around. John took time out of his day to take some great pictures and videos for us, and also let us hang out with his very well behaved dog/son, Gary 🙂 we seriously can’t express how grateful we are for John and how special he made this trip for us. Guntova was also a rockstar and so sweet, she took us on the polar night dinner and it was unforgettable and delicious! We will be booking another trip here again for our anniversary and really really hope that John and Guntova are still here as they really make this place stand out as one of the special ones!
