The Northern Lights are a natural phenomenon and cannot be guaranteed. Therefore, no refunds are provided if the Northern Lights do not appear.
Weather conditions in the Arctic change quickly. It may snow during the day and still clear up to a starry sky at night. Our guides continuously assess conditions to offer the best possible experience.
Requests to change the date of a Northern Lights tour may be considered subject to availability, but cannot be guaranteed and may involve additional fees.
Our tours are rooted in Arctic living, where the experience itself — the landscape, atmosphere, and time spent outdoors — is just as important as the Northern Lights.
