We offer our guests a multi-sensory culinary experience, inspired by our region’s unique local flair. In our kitchen we work to support the Farm-to-Table movement where we can by choosing locally sourced foods.
Locally Sourced
We maintain close relationships with local fishermen and reindeer herders to ensure the highest quality and authenticity of our ingredients. Our menu evolves with the Arctic seasons, featuring seasonal and locally sourced Norwegian and organic produce whenever possible. Our dishes are inspired by traditional Norwegian recipes, creatively reimagined with a modern twist.
