The experience begins with transportation from Bjørnfjell Mountain Lodge to Tutteberget. When we arrived Tutteberget, we put on our skis and set off into the beautiful Arctic winter landscape.
Along the way, you will experience breathtaking Arctic scenery while discovering the fascinating cultural history of the area. The landscape carries traces of generations past, with stories of slate mining, Sámi culture and life in the Arctic.
The ski journey continues at a relaxed pace across the open and beautiful mountain plateau, with plenty of time to take in the views and enjoy peaceful surroundings.
Upon arrival at Jotka Mountain Lodge, a warm and delicious lunch with dessert awaits, prepared by the hosts at the lodge. Here you can warm up, and enjoy a well-deserved meal in a cozy setting with history and tradition.
The distance on the ski trip is about 8 kilometers: 4 kilometers each way.
